Hello world! My name is Ryan Beneteau and this is my technology blog. More specifically, this is a blog that focuses on the technology of the future and it's applications, affects and consequences. That being said, I will be generally speaking of things such as cars that run on hydrogen fuel cells, android technology, robots, phones, and anything else relevant to futuristic technology. However, I will also be presenting the ludicrous and more unique ideas that relate to said technology, such as flying cars and other things that are only plausible in movies such as Back to the Future. That being said, I will also be presenting my opinion on this technology and how I think it will impact our world (if it does at all).
| I know, pretty awsome. Sadly, this won't happen for a loooong time, if at all. |
Side note: I am not a technology expert, and I probably will never be one. As a consequence, the information presented may not be accurate and my opinion may, and will most likely not be taken seriously. This is alright, because my blog is intended only to be used as a source to inform and show people what to look forward to (and what to fear) in the future. It is also a blog that will act as an outlet for my passion regarding technology and all of it's marvels.
Hey Ryan! First of all, I am super excited for you to show me some cool new things! Will you be including videos? By the way, an opinion is not, by any means, and I quote from you: "mistaken, messed up, odd, different". It's an opinion. Write about this subject that passions you and do not, for a second, care about what people think! (Other than Monsieur maybe, because he's your teacher and he's grading you). I am happy that you've started writing and I will be following your blog as closely as possible!
ReplyDeleteHey Camelia, thank you for your concern regarding my opinion. I'm still introducing myself to the art of blogging so it may take awhile before I get in the habit of expressing my opinion without fear of judgement. However, I am going to say that this post here isn't the best and you can expect to see a lot better material coming from my next posts!
DeleteHey Ryan! It sounds amazing so far! Your vocabulary is very advanced and sounds very professional. Your topic is very interesting and I am looking forward to reading your future posts. I was wondering if there has been any technological advancements that indicate that we, as humans, have approached and technologies that have appeared in movies that they said would happen in the future, such as self-driving cars, the hoverboard from Back to the Future, etc...
ReplyDeleteHey Anthony! Thank you for taking the time to comment on my blog. Your comment is very interesting and I will be answering part of it in my third post. As for the question in general, of course there are technological advancements that are helping us close in on the futuristic stereotypes presented in movies. Heck, if there are robots that can already think for themselves (see third post), we're already halfway to reaching that level of technology. It's only a matter of time until the movie terminator becomes a reality .

DeleteHey Ryan. I just read your first post and I really enjoyed reading it. It's like I can feel the passion you have for the advancements in technology. I have one question though, will you be talking about how the advent in robotics are taking away peoples jobs? because I think you should.
